At each step, he handled the financial modeling, industry research, preparation of offering materials, and buyer outreach. Daniel has been involved in dozens of transactions across a wide range of industries, from digital media and entertainment to health tech and IT services. Daniel worked on several notable transactions, helping to facilitate sell-side M&A transactions with an aggregate value of over $100 million.
