STRONG EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES - The school’s excellent reputation draws students from all 50 states. Programs range from 1 to 5 weeks, with many students taking multiple programs. All graduates are trained to pass the third-party NCCO certification exam. On average, 73%+ of graduates are employed in their field within 6 months of graduation, with starting salaries ranging from $50K to $70K.

OWNERSHIP TRANSITION - After more than 40 years of building the business, the owners are seeking to retire and transition ownership to a new owner who can leverage the Company's platform for further growth.
